Canada Airport Guide

Facilities

Passengers travelling through Toronto Pearson will quickly discover that the airport is more than just terminals and runways. Responding to the needs of travellers, the GTAA has transformed shopping and dining at Toronto Pearson to ensure that all restaurants and retail shops feature goods that sell at street prices and also reflect the local flavour of Toronto.

Revitalized Duty Free Shops at Toronto Pearson offer outbound international passengers the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of merchandise including uniquely Canadian products.

A medical clinic was opened in Terminal 2 in 2000 that serves both as an emergency centre and as a walk-in facility for the airport community. Also offered are chiropractic treatments and massage therapy within the clinic that is staffed by a full time doctor and nurses.

Internet kiosks are available in all three terminals allowing passengers to stay connected and check e-mail or surf the World Wide Web. Interfaith Centres are located at each terminal which allow airport users of various denominations a place for worship. Other passenger amenities include a hair salon and play areas for the younger travellers
